The room showed signs of neglect—broken shower trays, a fire alarm hanging from the ceiling, and an air conditioning unit that looked like it had seen better days. Mosquitoes were a persistent annoyance, making sleep a bit challenging, and the noise from the upper floor felt intrusive during the night.

absolutley dreadful experience, the reception was closed after 11 p.m. I was left stranded with a gigantic cockroach in my room, which was just delightful. I also expected a complimentary upgrade for my inconveniences, but alas I was just treated like any other guest. Thanks for nothing, really.
